Who to contact
Before booking, ask who handles follow-up and how to reach them. Confirm service hours and the routes for routine questions, clinical concerns and urgent help. A messaging account may not be monitored around the clock.
Written aftercare
Ask for instructions for the product, device and procedure you receive. Have anything unclear explained before you leave. This guide covers questions to ask; it does not replace your individual aftercare advice.
Changes to watch for
Ask what to expect after your treatment, which signs need prompt assessment and how to arrange it. Another person’s experience or a generic online timetable cannot tell you whether your recovery is as expected.
Getting help
Use the clinical contact details given to you for concerns after treatment. General appointment enquiries are not an urgent-care service. If you need immediate medical attention, seek urgent help rather than waiting for a message reply.
Review appointments
Check when to return, who will see you and whether there is a fee. A review is for assessment and discussion; it does not automatically mean more treatment is needed or included.
Keep the details
Save your aftercare instructions and clinic contact details. If you need to send clinical information or photographs, ask how to do so securely. Keep personal treatment details out of public reviews, social-media comments and website editing systems.
