Making an enquiry
Contact us by telephone, WhatsApp, WeChat, email or the online contact form to ask about a service or arrange a consultation. The online form uses Cloudflare Turnstile only to protect against automated abuse; it does not assess clinical suitability. A form success message and request reference mean that the contact request has been stored. They do not reserve an appointment, confirm a treatment or establish your suitability for it. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic agrees the arrangements with you.
Before treatment
A consultation is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, relevant health information, the available options, likely benefits, risks and aftercare. A treatment recommendation depends on an individual assessment. You can ask questions and take time to decide. Results vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
Prices and offers
All listed treatment prices are starting prices in pounds sterling for the stated session, quantity or area. A package price is the starting price for the whole package, not a per-session amount. The final treatment plan and quotation follow an in-person consultation and depend on the area, product or device, amount and number of sessions. Before you agree to treatment or make a payment for it, we will explain the complete price, what it includes and any relevant conditions. New-client prices apply only where labelled.
Fees, deposits and appointment changes
We will explain any consultation fee, deposit, payment schedule and cancellation or rescheduling terms before you confirm a booking or make a payment. These may depend on the service and will form part of your booking arrangements. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact the clinic as soon as you can and refer to the terms provided with your booking.
