Feedback & complaints

Information to help you use our website and contact the clinic.

Tell us what happened

If something about your experience has not met your expectations, please contact the team and ask for the Clinic Manager. You can email contact@opclinic.co.uk or write to Clinic Manager, OP CLINIC, 77 Southampton Row, London WC1B 4ET. Tell us what happened, when it happened, how you would like us to contact you and what you would like us to put right.

How we will handle it

We will acknowledge your complaint, review the information and explain the next steps, including when you can expect a fuller response. If more time or information is needed, we will let you know. We will share complaint details only with people who need them to investigate or respond. Please avoid sending medical records in an initial email; we can arrange an appropriate way to provide them if needed.

If you remain dissatisfied

Ask the Clinic Manager to review the response and explain the points you think remain unresolved. Where your concern relates to an individual practitioner, you can ask for their professional registration details and information about the relevant regulator. We will explain any further complaint route that applies to your service. Privacy concerns can also be raised with the ICO, as described in our privacy notice.

If you need clinical help

A complaint message is not a way to obtain urgent clinical advice. For concerns after treatment, follow the aftercare contact instructions given by your treating practitioner. For a life-threatening emergency, call 999.
